Заразитель (Infesor)

Заразители — одни из наиболее опасных солдат, недавно ассимилированных Роем. Заразители были выведены из борбу-матриархов — необычных существ, больше похожих на подвижное гнездо, чем на единый организм. В отличие от большинства зергов, заразители могут перемещаться под землей. Эти чудовища способны заражать врагов тяжелейшими болезнями, а также поглощать зараженных морпехов, переносить в область боевых действий и выбрасывать, чтобы те продолжали сражаться за Рой. Внутри заразителя живет невральный паразит — существо, которое будучи выплюнутым наружу, цепляется к противнику и контролирует разум того в течение какого-то времени.

Стратегия:

- Наземная боевая единица поддержки.

- Может закопаться, развив соответствующую способность.

- Закопавшись, может двигаться, но не может использовать способности «Микоз» и «Невральный паразит». Способность «Зараженный терран» может быть использована заразителем и в закопанном состоянии, что полезно при неожиданных атаках в тылу врага.

- Способность «Невральный паразит» позволяет захватывать и использовать войска противника. Даже вражеских рабочих можно заставить строить здания другой расы.

- Развив патогенные железы, увеличивается исходный запас энергии заразителей.

- Способность «Микоз» позволяет заразителю обездвиживать и уничтожать быстро движущиеся боевые единицы.

 

Infestor

Infestors are one of the more insidious new additions to the Swarm. They were evolved from the Borbu Matriarch, an unusual creature that is more like an ambulatory nest than a single organism. Unlike most Zerg warriors, Infestors have the ability to move while burrowed. These terrors can spew a volatile plague over their targets with dire effects, and they have been known to ingest Infested Marines, carry them to a combat zone, and regurgitate them to fight for the Swarm. Perhaps the Infestor’s most dangerous feature is the Neural Parasite, a symbiotic creature living within Infestors that, when spat, attaches to an enemy and controls its mind for a short period of time.

General Strategy:

- Ground support unit.

- Can burrow with Burrow upgrade.

- Can move while burrowed, but cannot use Fungal Growth or Neural Parasite while burrowed. Infested Terran can be used while burrowed to launch surprise attacks against enemy workers or structures.

- Neural Parasite ability allows the Zerg player to steal and use enemy units. This even affects enemy workers, allowing the Zerg to build other races’ buildings.

- The Pathogen Glands upgrade allows Infestors to be spawned with more energy for activating abilities.

- Effective at stopping fast-moving units by snaring them in place and dealing damage with their Fungal Growth ability.

Главная задача роя - эволюция. Infestor Maggot King - это гибрид морфированный в закоулках сектора Копрулу. Причиной возникновения стала благотворная среда , для симбиотических слияний заразителей и особого вида роевиков, одна особь поглотила ассимилировала весь выводок. Получив собственное сознание и несколько новых способностей. Выводок на ранней стадии представлял из себя червеподобную массу (Maggots).

Способности.

В последствии Maggot King развил свои способности, основной способностью является создание Maggot'ов в своем организме, и выпускание из своего тела(подобно способности роевиков). Но каждый из Maggot'ов представляя из себя жирного червя может заражать противника страшной чумой, или брать под контроль его разум, подобии способностям заразителя. Так же Maggot King может контролировать сразу несколько существ, своими развитыми каналами для невральных паразитов.

Роль в Рое.

Infestor Maggot King - один из крупнейших представителей трутней, он никогда ничего не делает, позволяя выполнять всю работу магготам и подконтрольным существам. Любимое занятие - нежиться на слизи. Является опасным противником для целых войск разнопланового характера, так как нет цели которых Maggot King со своими последователями не может взять под контроль.

 

Infestor Maggot King

The main purpose of Swarm is evolution. Infestor Maggot King – a hybrid who's been formed to exist in the darker parts of Korpuly sector. The environment of the area was friendly for symbiosis of infestors and special varies of swarm hosts, that made possible for one of the species to swallow and assimilate a number of the others. During the proсess it adopted its own conscious and new special abilities. The original nest of the species at first appeared to be a worm-like mass (maggots).

Abilities.

During his evolution Maggot King developed his own abilities, the main of them is the creation of the maggots in its insides and extract them from the body (alike the ability of swarm hosts). But each of the maggots who appear to look like a fat worm has the power to infect their enemy and make them suffer from severe plague or take their mind under control (alike the ability of infestor). At the same time with a help of his developed tracts of neuronal parasites The Maggot King may control the several enemy creatires at the same time.

The significance in the Swarm.

Infestor Maggot King is the one of the most influential Mooh, he has no duties all the work for him is done by his maggots and undercontrolled creatures. The favorite activity is enjoing to lie his body in mucus. Infestor Maggot King is highly dangerous for any variety of the army, as there's no target which is strong enough to resist mind controlling power of Maggot King and his worms.
