God of retribution, "Zoloh" born of a dragon.
Deity is worshiped in all provinces of the North.
Him to pray for those who seek justice.
Zoloh has great magical powers, commands lightning and cold.
He was looking for the guilty, punish them struck by lightning or froze to death.
